Unlike normal angiography, it provides a detailed examination of the vessels without catheter intervention. The absence of radiation in MRI is another advantage. It is used to diagnose vascular blockages, narrowing, congenital vascular anomalies (such as arteriovenous malformations) and aneurysms (vascular bubbles).
