This site sets no cookies

1. Cookies versus local storage

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser and sends back to the server with every subsequent request. That is what allows advertising networks to follow you from site to site.

Local storage, by contrast, stays in your browser and is never sent to a server. This site sets no cookies at all; the only thing kept in your browser is the preference record described below.

2. The only record kept in your browser

Beyond this, no session cookies, identity cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used. The site contains no third-party advertising code.

3. Visit statistics

To see which pages are read and how quickly the site loads, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools use no cookies and write nothing to your device.

To distinguish visitors, a hash derived from your request and rotated daily is used. That hash is discarded after 24 hours; it cannot be used to recognise you on other sites, to join up your visits across days, or to identify you. No national ID number, e-mail address or similar identifier is collected.

The information collected is limited to:

• —The address of the page viewed and the referring page
• —Browser and operating system type, and whether the device is desktop or mobile
• —Country-level location (not city or any finer breakdown)
• —Technical measurements of page loading speed (Core Web Vitals)

This measurement runs only if you consented in the notice. If you declined or dismissed the notice, the measurement code is never loaded into the page.

4. Transfer abroad

The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc. (USA). If you give consent, the anonymous measurement data listed above is processed on that infrastructure and is deemed transferred abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the KVKK. If you do not consent, no such transfer takes place.

5. The e-Results system

e-Results, where you access your examination reports, is an independent application running on a separate domain. It uses its own session cookies and falls outside the scope of this policy. For information on the processing of your health data, please see the KVKK notice.

6. Changing your preference

You can reverse your decision at any time. The button below clears your preference; the notice reappears and no measurement runs until you make a new choice.

You can achieve the same result by clearing site data in your browser settings. Because this site uses no essential cookies, blocking them breaks nothing.
